Prevailwire is a product of EMBE LABS LLC. This page explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you ask for the sample or reserve a seat, we store the email you enter, the role you pick, the page that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the country and region your request came from. We don't use advertising cookies or third‑party trackers on this site.

Why

We use it to send you the sample and the weekly issue you asked for, to tell you before anything is billed, and to understand which kinds of teams want the feed. We don't sell or rent your information.

Where it's kept

Signups are stored privately with our hosting provider, Vercel. Only EMBE LABS can read them.

Your choices

Email team@embelabs.xyz and we'll send you what we hold about you or delete it. Every email we send includes a way to stop receiving them.

About the contractor data

The feed is built from public records the New York State Department of Labor publishes under Labor Law §220‑i. We leave out registrations filed by individuals as sole proprietors. If you run a business listed in the feed and want something corrected, email us.
